MABUHAY...Rositas Native Restaurant located on the beautiful TAHUSAN BEACH in HINUNANGAN SOUTHERN LEYTE, PHILIPPINES, built completely out of BAMBOO with the help of local craftsmen. Was opened in 2005, offering more than 125 filipino and Continental Entrees and Desserts.
Our Restaurant specialises in local Seafood and Fresh Fish, including TANGIGUE, TUNA, LAPU-LAPU, MAMSA, BLUE MARLIN, MAYA-MAYA, SQUID, CRABS, LOBSTER, TAHONG, HAALAN, ETC. plus a large selection of Pork, Beef, Chicken dishes with over 125 items to choose from. Many Filipino and Foreign customers have enjoyed our famous food, in particular our well known house speciality "MANGO CREPES'.
We can accommodate WEDDINGS, ANNIVERSARIES and BIRTHDAY PARTIES with space for more than 125 persons.
