Turning off your website's contact form 
You can turn on/off your restaurant's website contact form in the Account Preferences page.
1. Go to Settings in the main navigation. Go to the Account Preferences page if you're not there already.
2. Uncheck Email Alerts. This will remove the contact form from your site.
