The Provence Café is a French oasis located in Harbin, the heart of the former Manchuria. Our decoration is influenced by the warm Mediterranean colors of Provence in the south of France.
Come out and enjoy the company of French bartender/owner Philippe. He can serve you typical French bistro fare, such as quiches, croque-monsieurs, salads, sandwiches, cheese dishes. Provence Cafe also offers a variety of homemade pastries: fondant au chocolat, cheese cake, tiramisu, and of course various kinds of French crêpes.

Founder Philippe
Philippe has been in Harbin many years and used to teach French and French culture.
His dream was to open his own cafe, where both locals and visitors could enjoy the authentic atmosphere of a French bistro. He realized his dream in 2009.
Art exhibitions
Today JIANG Chenchen, a young artist, exhibits her painted stones in the café. She can paint landscapes, animals, and write Chinese poems!
